A: Sorry, we can't accept title requests. But we get brand-new titles as well as old/classic ones every week. Q: Can my DVD player play your discs?
A: Most likely yes. Our discs are region-free so you can play them in all regions, and almost all modern DVD players support DVD-Rs that we use.

A: Normally it takes about 1 week for US customers and 2 weeks for international customers.

Q: Can you do discreet packaging? I don't want others to know I'm ordering from your site.

Yes, we do discreet packaging. Our packages do NOT say "javparadise.com", and nowhere inside or outside of the package
does it say anything about Japanese Adult Video or any related terms.

A: No, we don't (please see above). All discs come with labels with your order number and title number.

A: Sorry, we can't, but if you buy many discs (50 or more) we may be able to give you a different deal. Please contact us in that case.

Q: What should I do if I get wrong discs or defective discs?
A: Please let us know through our contact page. Also, please tell us your order number and the details of the problem with D-numbers (ex. D12345).
